Once a bar stood where the current Dairy Queen now stands. It's been said that the bar that stood there before was haunted. The owner sold the property because he found the haunting to be too stressful.
It seems no matter how much you change the exterior the haunting remains.
Workers have reported strange noises and flickering lights. Machines and equipment will suddenly start causing havok, spewing ice cream everywhere, and then just as suddenly stop.
