Chinese laborers toiled to bring the transcontinental railroad into existence. Building the railroad was dangerous work, and many laborers lost their lives. One such dangerous place lies in the deserted Great Basin of Utah, it's known as Dove Creek Camp.
Often the only medical care provided to the injured were by other laborers. Out in the middle of nowhere a minor injury could mean death for a laborer.
People that have ventured out to this area believe that the laborers that lost their lives now haunt this lonely parcel of land.
People have heard the sound of footsteps walking around them. In addition, many people have heard voices, distinctly speaking Chinese.
While it's a rare occurrence some have said that a ghost locomotive will rumble through the area.
