The grieving ghost of a woman is still awaiting her husband to arrive home.

Years ago a young woman was waiting for her husband to arrive home from the war by train. Unfortunately, her husband died in an accident on the train. At first, the young woman didn't believe it when they told her that her husband was dead. She set up a vigil waiting for her husband.
She would walk up and down the tracks waiting for her husband. At night she would carry a lantern. As time passed, she gave into her grief. One night she stepped into the path of an oncoming train.
Today there are many strange events seen around the tracks. Some have actually seen the apparition of the young woman. Others claim that you can see the light of her lantern flickering along the side of the tracks at night.
There is an urban legend accompanying the haunting. It states that if you park your car on the tracks, turn off the engine and lights, and honk three times, you will see the woman's lantern appear in the distance and race towards you. Apparently, it's the ghost of the woman thinking that her husband's train has finally arrived.
