Anchorage, Alaska
A woman in a white dress haunts this middle school. Due to the age of the building it is hard to determine if this is possibly the ghost of a former teacher or a local resident from when most of the area was wilderness.
It's reported that she has a fondness for instruments and will turn lights on and off. She is more active in the summer when much of the building is empty.
Teachers at the school openly talk to the students about the ghost and it's not a rare occurence that studies get ignored when discussing a recent encounter.

I am a teacher at Clark MIddle School. Could you provide me more information regarding the ghost. We would like to know where this story comes from. Thanks.
All the teachers say that the girl wears a red dress and her name is nancy. Every time the red ribbion week comes around she starts to haunt but you cant really notice it. But when the red ribbion dance is at its day. Nancy comes out of the shadows and haunts the dance
